as a longtime Kacey fan, i’d love to know your thoughts on Starcrossed! i was really disappointed by it when it first dropped, then recently gave it another listen and came away thinking it’s got some high highs and some very low lows (looking at you, Simple Times!)
Deeper Well hit my soul in a way that has not happened in a while! Curious to know what your faves are. I’ve listened to “Heart of the Woods,” “The Architect,” and “Lonely Millionaire” so many times already! But the album as an album also just works so well

Adrianne is my very favorite songwriter so I’ve had Bright Future on my calendar since she announced it ❤️ incredible. It doesn’t make me feel depressed though! Just peaceful and nourished. I think “Free Treasure” is one of the most beautiful love songs I’ve ever heard. Probably like 3 out of my top 5 love songs are written by her haha

I don’t take in a lot of Very Serious media - I find life to be hard enough. I like my escapism. However, I will sometimes take your deeper recommendations because you are not too precious about your media intake. If you can watch Twilight, I can consider watching something you recommend that might make me cry. I just finished Sharkheart. I enjoyed it and found it time well spent. I’ll give Perfect Days a try! It sounds like the right thing at the right time.
I just started Derry Girls and am now wildly obsessed! Will be on the lookout for McGee's next series in preparation for the anticipated emptiness I will feel once I finish.
